Given all the things going on when purchasing a home this really helped us focus on our day to day lives whilst we went through closing. Patrick always has very detailed and informed answers to questions, and a bench of trusted partners/contractors who can help to provide more detailed guidance and information if something is outside of Patricks knowledge or expertise. He also seems to know exactly what to preemptively cover to always be a step ahead of what's going on, The result of all of this was I always felt very informed and in control of my purchasing experience. Our close took a long time due to a slow developer but Patrick kept us moving forward and always took the time to explain and preempt issues as they arose. I recognize that I am a very demanding client and I personally cannot endorse working with Patrick enough. I'd give six stars if I could."
